What is Fuel to Play?

Fuel to Play is a sports nutrition conference tailored for sports dietitians, nutritionists, coaches, and healthcare providers who support endurance, ultra-endurance, and mountain athletes.

When and how will the conference take place?

The conference is scheduled on Friday-Saturday October 2-3, 2026, and will be delivered virtually ONLY, with sessions available as recordings afterward.

Are there continuing education credits?

The conference awards CPEUs in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s CPEU Prior Approval Program. for LIVE attendance, only. We do not offer continuing education credits for recordings nor for other healthcare providers.

Is the content accessible after the event?

Yes—since the conference is virtual, all sessions will be recorded and accessible afterward. If you’re a dietitian, you need to attend the LIVE conference for CEUs.

Will there be in-person elements?

The conference is VIRTUAL only. However, we are considering in-person meet-ups. If you’d like to help with coordinating an in-person meetup in your area, please reach out via the contact us page.

How can a brand/company sponsor this event?

Please reach out to us via the Contact Us page about sponsorship. Our target audience are sports dietitians, sports nutritionists, coaches, physical therapists, and other allied health who work with endurance, ultra-endurance, and mountain athletes.

If I forget to register for the student price, can I get a partial refund?

We offer two price options on the “Register Here” page. $225 full price and $170 for students. If you accidentally register for the full price, we will not offer refund difference due to processing fees. Please ensure you register for the option that you need the first time.

If my hat delivers to the incorrect address, can you replace it or re-mail?

We do not have extra hats to mail you. If the hat is returned to sender, we will not attempt to mail the hat again unless you pay the second shipping fee.
